Cheek Puff

This is another effective way of making your jawline and chin area look slimmer. As it increases blood circulation and works on with a well-shaped face.
Take a deep breath. Puff your cheeks with the air and lip closed. Hold as much as possible amount of air in your cheeks. Hold them for 10-15 seconds as long as you can do it. Then, swish the air from one cheek to the other cheek for 15 seconds. Finally, blow out the air and repeat 10 times.
